Charlie Pickering was the MC of the night of one of my Raw Comedy heats. Before this I had heard of him, but never actually seen him do standup. From what I could catch of what he was saying from where I was sitting backstage he was very funny :) Unfortunately, one of the fellow chick contestants was trying to pick me up, so I missed some of it - even though I didn't want to be picked up! Charlie has been on The Glasshouse, worked at Triple J, and has his own standup night called Stagetime.
